By concluding a contract with Baltic Ltd. you get all consumer rights from the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter: Act), which also includes the right to out-of-court settlements of possible proceedings concerning your purchases.
Prices and delivery charges
The selling price of the products is specified individually for each product.
The delivery fees are fixed. By placing an order, you exclusively agree to pay the delivery fees.
Right to terminate the contract
The consumer has the right to terminate the purchase contract, by which he bought the products from the website www.healtswiss.com , without giving any reason. The term of termination of the contract is 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods into the possession of the buyer, or the third person indicated by the consumer.

If the cancellation form is sent by email to info@healtswiss.com , Baltic GmbH will immediately inform you in writing about the receipt of the form.
The notice of termination has the legal effect from the day of sending to Baltic Ltd. and is considered legal if it is sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of your products by you, or by a third person designated by you.
If you terminate the contract, you shall bear the costs of returning the products and are obliged to return the goods to Baltic GmbH within 14 days from the date of termination.
Baltic GmbH is obliged to initiate without delay the repayment of amounts received for the products, including delivery charges, no later than 14 days from the receipt of the notice of termination. Baltic Ltd. may delay the repayment until it does not receive back the sold products or a proof of the return shipment of the products to Baltic Ltd. depending on what occurs first. The only exception to this is if Baltic GmbH itself offers to take delivery of the products.
By purchasing the products, you agree to allow repayment for the products to their checking account.
Legal warranty and liability for defects for contractual products
According to the law, Baltic Ltd. is liable for any defects that occur within two years from the date of assumption of risk by the buyer.
It is assumed that the risk passes to the buyer from the moment when the goods have been handed over to the buyer, or the person designated by the buyer.
If the defects occur within 6 months from the date of transfer of risk to the consumer, it is assumed that the defects already existed at the time of transfer, unless it is contrary to the nature of the goods and naturally determined completeness.
Baltic Ltd. is obliged to deliver flawless and complete products. It is assumed that the products delivered according to the contract are complete: if they correspond to the description given by Baltic Ltd. and have characteristics that Baltic Ltd. presented to the Buyer as a model and sample, if they have the characteristics for certain purpose for which the Buyer buys them, and which were known to Baltic Ltd. or should have been known to Baltic Ltd. at the time of the conclusion of the Contract; if the products have properties for regular use and in accordance with the quality and function of the usual descriptions of these products, which the Buyer is also aware of with regard to the nature of the products and public assurances about certain properties of the products, given by Baltic Ltd., the manufacturer or their representative, especially if these assurances have been given in advertising or on the packaging.
Baltic Ltd. shall be liable for the completeness and defects of the products in the contract if: the defects existed at the time of handover, regardless of whether Baltic Ltd. was aware of them; the defects arose after the handover to the seller and were caused by reasons that existed before the handover to the seller, and if the consumer could have easily noticed them if Baltic Ltd. indicated that the products complied with the contract.
Baltic GmbH is responsible for the defects due to incorrect packaging.
Baltic Ltd. shall not be liable for defects if the buyer was aware or should have been aware of the fact that the goods were defective or defectively manufactured by the material at the time of concluding the contract.
If the defects occur within 6 months from the date of assumption of risk, the consumer has the right to either request the elimination of defects by replacement or a discount, or to terminate the contract.
If the defects occur within 6 months from the assumption of risk, it is possible to eliminate the defects by repair with the exclusive consent of the buyer.
If the defects occur after the warranty period of 6 months from the takeover, the consumer has the right to decide that Baltic Ltd. will eliminate the defects by replacement or repair. If repair is not possible, the consumer may also choose appropriate discounts or termination of the contract if: the defects cannot be eliminated by replacement or repair in the moderate period; the right to replacement or repair cannot be obtained, or if Baltic Ltd. does not lawfully perform replacement or repair; replacement or repair cannot be performed without significant inconvenience for the consumer due to the nature and purpose of the products, or if the elimination of defects not by repair or replacement represents a burden for Baltic Ltd.
The consumer has the right to a replacement claim, certain discounts or termination of the contract because of the same or other defects that occur after the first repair. A new repair is allowed only with the exclusive consent of the consumer.
The consumer cannot terminate the contract if the defects of the products are unknown.
All costs for the repair of defects, especially labor costs, material costs, receiving and shipping costs shall be borne by Baltic Ltd.
Notification of warranty claim registration, manner and place of warranty claim acceptance and action according to warranty claims received.

When making a complaint, you are obliged to indicate the products complained about, a receipt and other proof of purchase of the products (copy of receipt, slip etc).
When delivering the products, you are not obliged to send the original package.
Upon receipt of a complaint, we will provide you with written confirmation or notify you electronically that we acknowledge receipt of your complaint, or we will assign you a number under which your complaint has been recorded in the complaints record.
At the latest within 8 days from the receipt of the complaint you will receive a written or electronic response about the complaint. The reply will contain a decision on whether we agree to the complaint, a statement on your request and a concrete proposal and deadline for resolving the complaint. This period may not be longer than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

If for objective reasons we are not able to respond to your request within the time limit provided, we are obliged to inform you about the extension of the time limit for the claim. At the same time, we will inform you about the deadline that is needed. We are also obliged to get your consent about everything. We have to record it in the complaint record. The deadline can be extended only once.

Order
The products on the website www.healtswiss.com can be ordered only online. Any order by mail or telephone is therefore excluded.

Payment
The products you want to order or purchase, you can pay at www.healtswiss.com with valid cards.
If you have a Visa, MasterCard or Maestro card for online payments, you can choose this method of payment.
Order status tracking
After you have made your order, you can track the status of the order, namely:

Through the website under “My profile”, but only if you are a registered user.
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation to your email. This will give your order a “waiting status”. This status means that we have received your order and the order is being prepared and packed.
When your order is ready, we will provide it with an address and hand it over to a courier service. This courier will then deliver your order to you. We will send you an email saying your order has been sent. Under “My profile” the order gets the status “in progress”.
Since the courier service takes a day to deliver the order, you will receive your order the next day. We will also be notified that you have received your order. The order gets the status “completed”. Thus, we have made it possible for you to have an insight into the stages of your order at any time.
Delivery time
From the moment we receive your payment or your order by e-mail, we need 3-4 days to deliver your order. This time includes the preparation of your order, +1 day for delivery by courier.
Taking over the order
Your order will be delivered to you by courier service and to the address you have designated as the delivery address, between the hours of 8am – 4pm. For these reasons, we ask you to provide a receptionist who can pick up the order during this period. Upon pickup, it is important to visually inspect the package to make sure if any visible defects existed.
If the transport box is damaged or you have doubts about whether the product may be damaged, it is necessary to refuse to receive it and inform us immediately.
If the order was delivered undamaged, you can freely pick it up and sign the delivery to the courier. If you have chosen to pay for the goods upon delivery, you may do so as well.
It is the courier’s duty to attempt delivery twice. At the first unsuccessful attempt, the courier will notify you about the delivery by phone at the number you have given and will arrange a new date for the delivery with you. If delivery cannot take place even then, the order will be returned to Baltic Ltd. After receiving the order, it is our duty to contact you to investigate the reason for the fruitless delivery and to agree with you on a new delivery.
